Who is Awake?
Awake started out in Sweden back in 2009. Comprising of a multi-talented ensemble of musicians from award-winning Awake Projects, the group has been entertaining audiences all over Europe since then. Their main aim is to ‘awaken people’s ability to choose who they are and how they live’ by utilising the power of the performing arts in a variety of ways.

Bringing you a musical experience of sorts – the Awake LOVE Orchestra’s musicians will sing, play instruments and harmonise in a fusion of melodies, magic and passion. A powerful combination, their music will expose the audience to beautiful and creative artistic expressions hence opening hearts and broadening minds that will transform, inspire and deepen an awareness for the arts.
Entertaining audiences all over Europe since 2009, Awake LOVE Orchestra will give you a musical experience that takes you from Scandinavia to the Mediterranean, to Eastern Europe and the American music of today. The music breathes passion and love, with it’s fusion of haunting folk and contemporary groove.
