Parent and Child
Gallivant with Hansel
In this 2-part Parent and Child workshop, you and your little one will explore the use of Drama and Play to get your creative juices flowing and push the imagination as far as it can take you.
Through a combination of songs, music and storytelling, join Hansel on a stimulating journey into the magical forest. Swing from magnificent trees, crawl through the undergrowth, splash in the cool pond and of course search for fruits to eat! Leave a trail of bread behind and then discover a gingerbread house made out of delightful candy.
Step inside the tasty home where you will meet the lovely owner and uncover the secret behind the house. Then, harvest fresh vegetables and make a great big pot of vegetable soup! What a delightful adventure!

Story Drama
Spend 30 minutes with our Drama Teacher and build a natural curiosity and love for stories as she brings to life two amazing and classic children’s literature texts.
During the session, two tales will be retold through storytelling and dramatisation with music and movement. Through the performance, there will be many opportunities for your child to participate and be part of the journey along with the adorable characters. Performing and dramatising the story together, your child will get to explore drama skills such as role-play, creative movement, singing and storytelling.
Raiya is a gentle yet bubbly teacher with a great passion for Drama. Not only does she educate and encourage children to explore and be creative, she is also a great storyteller performing in a range of productions and shows.
Loretta is an experienced drama teacher who enjoys nurturing and nourishing creativity in children. Through her versatility, she connects well with young children, engaging them in her enjoyable and interactive storytelling.

Acting
Our class for 7 to 9 year-olds will introduce the children to the world of acting. Learn the basic tools and skills of an actor through voice work, character building and improvisation. Well designed and adapted for virtual learning, this will surely be a different online experience for them!
Ana is an experienced theatre practitioner particularly in theatre education. She is a drama teacher, curriculum designer, director and a storyteller. She loves teaching performing arts and believes in the power of drama.

90 minute workshop
Musical Theatre
The class is a crash course on musical theatre. It aims to introduce the students to the rudiments of the musical theatre practice and foster an interest in and understanding of theatrical performance. It is designed for 8 to 15 year-olds who may or may not have prior performing experience. The class will include theatre games that explore vocal technique, concentration, imagination, energy and ensemble work.
Steven has always been passionate about the theatre. He started his theatrical journey back in college via numerous school productions and church musicals. Ever since, he has devoted his life to the craft as an actor and director. He has also taught theater for more than 15 years in Manila and acquired training for teaching drama to children via the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in Hong Kong. Most recently, he was assistant director for the Manila and Singapore run of Sweeney Todd:The Demon Barber of Fleet Street featuring Tony award winner Lea Salonga.
