Gallivant with Hansel

In this 2-part Parent and Child workshop, you and your little one will explore the use of Drama and Play to get your creative juices flowing and push the imagination as far as it can take you.

Through a combination of songs, music and storytelling, join Hansel on a stimulating journey into the magical forest. Swing from magnificent trees, crawl through the undergrowth, splash in the cool pond and of course search for fruits to eat! Leave a trail of bread behind and then discover a gingerbread house made out of delightful candy.

Step inside the tasty home where you will meet the lovely owner and uncover the secret behind the house. Then, harvest fresh vegetables and make a great big pot of vegetable soup! What a delightful adventure!

Story Drama

Spend 30 minutes with our Drama Teacher and build a natural curiosity and love for stories as she brings to life two amazing and classic children’s literature texts.

During the session, two tales will be retold through storytelling and dramatisation with music and movement. Through the performance, there will be many opportunities for your child to participate and be part of the journey along with the adorable characters. Performing and dramatising the story together, your child will get to explore drama skills such as role-play, creative movement, singing and storytelling.

Raiya is a gentle yet bubbly teacher with a great passion for Drama. Not only does she educate and encourage children to explore and be creative, she is also a great storyteller performing in a range of productions and shows.

Loretta is an experienced drama teacher who enjoys nurturing and nourishing creativity in children. Through her versatility, she connects well with young children, engaging them in her enjoyable and interactive storytelling.

Reggie actively incorporates her skills into every workshop which results in highly energetic and interactive workshops for participants of every age.
