This September, ACT 3 Drama Academy invites children (and their grown-ups!) on a series of imaginative journeys through the wild — where drama, music, and movement combine in joyful, age-appropriate experiences.
Whether it’s a full week of performing in The Jungle Book Adventure, a one-day imaginative romp Into the Jungle!, or a gentle parent-child bonding time in Mowgli & Me, our workshops are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture every child’s unique voice. Join us for this celebration of imagination, courage, and fun. Perfect for young children new to drama and performing arts — no experience needed! Let your child ROAR with joy!
The Jungle Book Adventure
Give your child the gift of imagination, confidence, and creative exploration - all inspired by the wild and wonderful world of The Jungle Book.
For Ages 4 to 8 years
A 5-Day September Holiday Workshop
Across 5 fun-filled days, your child will step into the paws, claws, and rhythm of the jungle - learning drama, percussion, and movement skills as they bring Mowgli’s adventure to life. It all builds up to an exciting live courtyard showcase for parents and friends on the final day!
Daily Jungle Adventures
• DRAMA – Voices of the Jungle
Act out scenes from The Jungle Book, exploring voice, expression, and storytelling through role-play and character work.
• PERCUSSION – Jungle Rhythms
Create the wild soundscape of the jungle with drums, shakers, and rhythm sticks — learning how music energises a story.
• MOVEMENT – Dance of the Wild
Creep like Bagheera, swing like Baloo, and slither like Kaa in this expressive, animal-inspired movement session.
Finale: Mowgli’s Jungle Journey
On Day 5, everything comes together in a joyful courtyard performance where your child will share what they’ve learned — a delightful mix of drama, dance, and percussion for parents and friends to enjoy!

One-Off Immersive Drama Workshop
For Ages 3 to 5 years
In this imaginative one-day workshop, your child will go on a playful rainforest adventure - acting out stories, creating wild jungle rhythms, and moving like animals big and small.
They’ll meet friendly creatures, sing along to catchy tunes, and pretend to swing through trees, stomp across the forest floor, and slither through the undergrowth.
Specially designed for young children, Into the Jungle! offers a vibrant mix of storytelling, drama games, percussion play, and expressive movement. With drums, shakers, voices, and bodies, children will bring the jungle to life — building confidence, coordination, and creativity in a fun, nurturing space.
What to Expect:
• Story Drama
Children become part of an interactive tale set deep in the jungle — helping a little animal find its way home, solving problems, and pretending to be creatures big and small!
• Percussion & Rhythm Play
Using child-friendly instruments like drums, shakers, and sticks, children will create the jungle’s soundscape — learning about rhythm, energy, and group collaboration.
• Creative Movement
Inspired by animals and jungle terrain, children will leap, slither, swing, and roar their way through guided movement activities that develop motor skills and expressive physicality.
Final Jungle Moment:
At the end of the workshop, parents will be invited back for a short and sweet sharing session. Children will proudly present snippets from their jungle journey — showcasing the sounds, stories, and movements they explored during the session.

A Gentle, Performative Drama Workshop for Toddlers
Duration: 1 hourMowgli & Me is a gentle, sensory-rich experience where parents and children move, play, and imagine together - led by a live actor-facilitator who brings the jungle to life through voice, movement, music, and play.
What to Expect:
• Interactive Storytelling:
Sit together and watch the story unfold — then join in with actions, sounds, and simple role-play as Mowgli meets animals of the wild.
• Sensory Play & Movement:
Explore textures, rhythms, and gentle movement inspired by the jungle — from wiggling like snakes to swaying like tall trees.
• Songs & Sounds:
Sing along to catchy jungle tunes and join in with shakers, claps, and animal calls — perfect for language and listening development.
