The Magic Paintbrush

A Captivating Tale of Kindness and Empathy

Our engaging performance, inspired by an old folktale, revolves around the story of Ma Liang, a young boy, who, despite his humble circumstances, chooses kindness over greed. When he receives a magic paintbrush from an old beggar, the tale takes a fascinating turn. This paintbrush can bring whatever he paints to life, sparking both wonder and ethical dilemmas.

Our program is tailored to highlight essential themes of EMPATHY, KINDNESS, and GENEROSITY, all from diverse angles. Your students will be guided through this journey by our skilled Actors and Educators. They will not only witness the story come to life through an interactive performance but also engage in open discussions and a dynamic drama workshop. What starts as an apparently ordinary journey through the woods takes an extraordinary turn when she encounters a cunning wolf. This thrilling encounter becomes a test of her courage, quick thinking, and determination as she navigates through challenges, deception, and a transformative odyssey.
